Case Managment
Case management which was not available at all for the Deaf community of metropolitan Baltimore in the year 2000.

New Programs
New programs appropriate for Deaf people that have been held include Deaf parenting classes, HOSPICE for the Deaf, interpreters for NA and AA meetings a program to provide support services for Deaf Blind individuals, and a leadership development program for inner city Deaf youth.

Advocacy and Empowerment
The third area advocacy and empowerment. Testifying helping to establish the governors office for Deaf and hard of hearing, advocating for Deaf Blind individuals to have a representative at the state department of rehabilitations services. Testifying to improve vocational services for Deaf and Deaf Blind people for enhanced mental health services. Testifying and advocating for Addiction services for the Deaf. Testifying and advocating for appropriate educational services for Deaf children. Advocating for interpreters at hospitals and governmental agencies. Community organization and empowerment over a years time to force the compliance with Americans with disabilities act to provide interpreters for Deaf people in hospitals that is a currently pending court cases. Assisting in the establishment of viable mental health services for Deaf children.
In addition to these three areas over the past six years we have provided information and referral and development of volunteers to provide services to deaf community.
